Netflix Extension - 1080p HD for Google Chrome
This extension for the Netflix service is an open-source project, licensed under the MIT license. This will allow you to view your Netflix content in HD on Google Chrome, as well as the ability to force the audio to a higher quality. The reason for this is that the current service is based on the MPEG-2 standard, which is a very low-quality format. It uses AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) for the audio stream. This extension can force AAC playback, which selects the best bitrate available to produce a much better quality.
